OEM buying works when the factory understands the final room, not only the equipment label. Start with a drawing, a menu, a seat count, and the destination country.
What the factory should clarify
Ask who owns the design revision, how dimensions are confirmed, which parts are standard, how finishes are approved, and how the heating and filtration packages are documented. Cookeryaki operates its own factory and offers custom sizes, layouts, finishes, branding, and multi-function cooking options.
Keep the quotation comparable
Separate the table, cooktop, controls, filtration, hood or duct assumptions, packaging, shipping, installation, and after-sales support. A lower headline price can hide missing panels, utility work, filters, or commissioning.
Design for the project location
The installation environment should shape the specification from the beginning. Confirm local voltage and frequency, available gas type, fire and sanitation requirements, ventilation constraints, ambient conditions, and the documentation required for the exact model. A serious OEM partner should turn those site conditions into a clear technical schedule before production.
A serious OEM partner should answer technical questions before the purchase order. Send the site plan and project requirements to marketing@cookeryaki.com for an initial review.
Commercial hibachi table OEM FAQ
What should an OEM brief contain?
Include the floor plan, seating count, target dimensions, cooktop area, heat source, utility data, extraction concept, finish references, access requirements, destination documents, delivery route, and expected project schedule. Mark which items are fixed and which can be optimized.
How should design changes be controlled?
Use a revision-controlled drawing and written specification. Record changes to dimensions, utilities, finishes, controls, filters, service panels, and packaging, then confirm their effect on price, lead time, and documentation before approval.
What should happen before batch production?
Approve the final drawing, materials, key components, finish sample, test requirements, labels, packing method, and model-specific certificates or declarations. For repeat orders, retain the approved configuration and document any site-specific variation.
